Reimagining public construction with recycled bricks.

Reimagining public construction with recycled bricks.

We partnered with UNICEF on public construction in Djibouti using Kubik’s recycled-plastic building materials — proving that essential infrastructure can be built faster, cheaper, and with a fraction of the carbon.

Kubik's recycled-plastic walls go up faster than block-and-mortar, cost less, and carry a fraction of the embodied carbon. In Djibouti, we partnered with UNICEF to demonstrate that our building materials can be put to work on real public construction — in one of the hottest building climates in the world.

The project proved the case that matters most: recycled materials can meet the demands of government-grade infrastructure, not just pilot projects.

And every wall built this way is waste diverted from a landfill — hard-to-recycle plastic given a second life as something a city actually needs.
